I've been a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness leader for most of my adult life.
I opened Attitude Dance & Fitness 9 years ago when I bought out a children's dance studio.
Being a dancer my whole life, I thought it was the right move. After 5 years I decided that I wanted to focus on women's health and fitness.
I run a boutique studio so class sizes are smaller- enabling me to give everyone the attention they deserve.
I offer a variety of specialized classes that are different every single time!
You won't get the exact same class twice. The format may be the same but the actual content will vary in order to keep your body AND mind constantly challenged.
My Personal Training sessions are exactly that, "personal" and
custom designed to meet the individual unique needs of every"BODY."
I am proud to say I foster an environment where women of all ages,
shapes and sizes feel welcome and comfortable in my studio.
This is probably the only area in which I run a tight ship.
Other than that- it is a fun, casual, no-pressure place to exercise with high quality workouts.
