For 14 years Attitude Dance & Fitness has been a safe place to our valued customers. During this troublesome time we remain dedicated to your health and well-being by taking extra precaution with sanitizing studio and all equipment, practicing social distancing and reducing class size.
On occasion we will take class outdoors. In studio classes are marked where to stand for safe distancing. All touchable surfaces have ALWAYS been frequently sanitized and remain so!

Basic non-contact kickboxing continuous moves interspersed with strength training.
Warm-up with some basic jazz moves and end with a fun hip hop or jazz combination. The only requirement is to have FUN, no previous dance experience required!
