On occasion we will take class outdoors.  In studio classes are marked where to stand for safe distancing. All touchable surfaces have ALWAYS been frequently sanitized and remain so! Masks optional.

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE

SUNDAY: HIIT/CARDIO KICKBOX 8:30

A class favorite! Mix of cardio kick moves alternating with your choice of weights. This class has varying times throughout the Winter months. Please call or email for updates.

MONDAY: "POWER" BARRE-5:45 pm

Ballet inspired elements of traditional Barre combined with low-impact cardio. A true fat burner!

TUESDAY: LEAN MACHINE-5:45 pm

This strength class promotes enhancement of lean muscle in order to burn more fat, more efficiently.  A variety of weights and/or bodyweight and other fun strength tools are used.

WEDNESDAY: TABATA-5:45 pm

A series of 8 rounds of exercises done at your personal highest intensity for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest.

All exercises are thoughtfully modified to your individual fitness level. An ultimate fat burner!



THURSDAY: Adult Tap-5:00 pm/ Adult Jazz-5:45 (Jazz is suspended for WInter)


All levels welcome. No previous experience required. Just FUN!

FRIDAY: BARRE-5:30 pm

Elements of traditional Barre with some cardio and strength. Total body workout!

Attitude Barre is unlike any other. Our "Power" barre is a unique blend of traditional barre with low to no impact heart pumping cardio for the ultimate calorie burn. We incorporate light hand weights, balls, bands and more for strengthening and conditioning the entire body. Plus core work in every class! Need a barre for balance?  We're equipped with that too. All levels welcome.

Simply the most important component of women's overall fitness. Want definition in those triceps? Shoulders?  Quads? This is the class for you! Who doesn't want to burn more fat? My weight classes are designed to not only build strength and lean muscle but to keep you burning fat around the clock. Learn how to perform multi-joint exercises to get the most bang for your buck! All levels welcome.

 Burn fat and calories faster and more efficiently even at rest with these 2 high intensity interval workouts. Short bouts of all out effort followed by short rest periods.  The perfect fat  burn ACCELERATOR! All levels welcome.

Nothing beats having fun while exercising. Start with the basics and tap those calories away with simple drills and fun combinations.  All levels welcome!

 Basic non-contact kickboxing continuous moves interspersed with strength training.

 Warm-up with some basic jazz moves and end with a fun hip hop or jazz combination. The only requirement is to have FUN, no previous dance experience required!
